Hotel restaurants have not always had a good reputation. Soto share a vision and love of the profession, to explore the art of simplicity and excellence with the group's 60,000 employees, food & beverage teams at AccorHotels and La Maison W have designed a book that honours the incredible skills and knowledge of the restaurant industry.
The idea was to create a magazine-style document for employees, one that would vividly portray and showcase talent, in all its forms. The book was thoughtfully designed as a tribute. It features several art forms (illustration, photography, printmaking, prose) to best reflect the passion and attention to detail of the profession, with one major objective — promote staff to foster team spirit and encourage excellence.
